Terms and Conditions

Your rights as a consumer remain unaffected by the terms below.

💷 Pricing – All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£). While we make every effort to ensure pricing is correct, if an error is found, we will notify you, and you can choose whether to proceed or cancel your order.

📅 Availability & Bookings – Our stock is extensive, but during busy times, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking early. Last-minute bookings may limit what we can offer.

💰 Deposits & Payments – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This will be deducted from your final balance, which must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without notice and the loss of your deposit. Bookings made within two weeks of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

✅ Booking Confirmation – Once your deposit or full payment is received (along with signed terms & conditions where necessary), your booking is officially confirmed.

🎈 Responsibility for Balloons – Once we have delivered and left your venue, or you have collected your balloons, we are no longer responsible for any damage, bursts, or losses. Heat, cold, and static can affect float times or even cause balloons to pop.

📦 Collection Orders – If you collect your balloons from us, they are not covered for damage once they leave our premises. If balloons are damaged after this point, no refunds will be given. If venue staff or third parties move or alter the décor after setup, we are not liable for any damage. Any disputes must be taken up directly with the venue or third party involved.

⏳ Float Times – Latex balloons are only guaranteed to float for around 10 hours before they start to deflate, please state when ordering for when the balloons are needed for so we can let you know if the balloons will need magic treatment so that they last for your event.

⚠ Safety Warning – Latex balloons are not safe for children under 36 months, as they pose a choking hazard. We highly recommend adult supervision for children under 8 years old when handling balloons.

By paying your deposit and/or signing your booking confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
