By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🔹 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance.
🔹 Until the deposit is received, your booking is not confirmed, and we cannot guarantee availability.
🔹 The remaining balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before your event. Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event require full payment upfront.
🔹 Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.
🔹 Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event require full payment, as we will have already allocated stock and resources to your booking.
🔹 Cancellations made earlier than this will not incur additional charges, but all deposits are non-refundable.
🔹 All hired items are for a pre-agreed period, usually covering setup and event duration. Late returns may incur an additional charge.
🔹 Unless agreed otherwise, all hire items must be collected by us after the event or returned by the customer.
🔹 If you are responsible for returning items, they must be brought back in the same condition they were hired out.
🔹 Any lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be charged at full replacement value.
🔹 Once items have been set up or collected, we are no longer responsible for any damage caused by the venue, guests, or third parties.
🔹 Any alterations to the décor after setup must be handled with care, as damage caused by moving items is the customer’s responsibility.
🔹 Customers are responsible for ensuring safe use of all hire items and agree to take necessary precautions.
🔹 We will set up your décor as agreed. Any last-minute changes are at our discretion and may incur additional charges.
🔹 Our team will ensure that all items are presented in perfect condition before leaving the venue. Once we leave, responsibility for the décor lies with the client/venue.
🔹 Outdoor décor is subject to weather conditions, and we are not liable for damages caused by wind, rain, or extreme temperatures.
🔹 Balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, and static, which can impact their lifespan. We cannot be held responsible for burst or deflated balloons once setup is complete.
🔹 Fresh flowers are perishable and may have natural imperfections. Once delivered, we are not liable for any wilting, damage, or environmental impact on their condition.
🔹 We hold public liability insurance, but this does not cover misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the client or guests.
🔹 Some décor items (e.g., neon signs, backdrops, large props) may require careful handling. Clients must ensure that these items are treated with care throughout the event.
By paying your deposit and/or signing your booking confirmation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
