Chair cover & sashes T&C's

1️⃣ Ensuring a Perfect Fit – It’s the customer’s responsibility to check that our chair covers fit their chosen chairs. We’re happy to contact and visit the venue to check this is you cant. once a booking deposit is received. If the covers don’t fit, but you have told us they will this is your responsibility. 

2️⃣ Cancellations – If you cancel within one month of your event, the full payment will still be required. Cancellations made before this period won’t incur extra charges, but all deposits are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Final Numbers – Please confirm the total number of chair covers and sashes at least four weeks before your event. Small adjustments may be possible at our discretion after this deadline.

4️⃣ Returning Hired Items – Unless agreed otherwise, all hired items must be returned after the event. Any missing items will be charged at full replacement value, and an invoice will be issued immediately after collection, and must be paid within 7 days.

5️⃣ Booking Deposit – A  deposit is required to secure your booking. We may provisionally hold a date at our discretion, but it won’t be confirmed until the deposit is received.

6️⃣ Final Payment – All outstanding balances must be paid at least 2 weeks before your event. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of the booking, with the full amount still due.

7️⃣ Cleaning & Damages – Standard cleaning is included in the hire price, covering normal stains from food, drinks. However, if items are misused or damaged (e.g., rips, burns, excessive stains, footprints, or drawing on the fabric), an additional charge for cleaning,  or replacements may apply.

8️⃣ Replacement Costs – Lost or damaged chair covers will be charged at £8 per cover, and lost/damaged sashes at £2 per sash.

9️⃣ Agreement to Terms – By paying the deposit and/or signing the Order Confirmation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms & conditions.
